Who is a good reputable Real Estate Agent in QLD (Robina area) to manage an investment property?
I am currently with a real estate up there that is not doing a very good job, and am
im with Robina Realty and they arn’t much better and was with Ray White they are horrible.. I feel they are all rip offs and scammers anyone with decent company plz help us!!??
I use Harcourts at Robina. The property manager there is Gemma. I am frequently away for work and she has managed everything fine for the last few years with no real interaction from me. Money comes in, inspection reports turn up in the mail with photos. New lease sorted via email which is easiest for me and can be answered when I am available. No dramas. Actually I wish all my investments are in that area… Or other people actually did there jobs. Hopefully you have better luck soon. Just thought if you did end up using them maybe you could let them know your friend Michael whom they already manage a property for recommended them, maybe they will give us both a discount?
